Utilizing advanced materials such as chromium tool steel, ceramics and aerospace alloys, our SUPRA line of encapsulation machines delivers up to 99.9% average yields through precision design, engineering, experience and technology transfer. Improved machine designs incorporate advanced features such as operator interface screens and PLC controls guaranteeing the fastest speeds and highest yields.

Our Supra product line is capable of running production 24 hours per day, 7 days per week with total run time of 50,000 hours between major overhauls. Our machine capabilities extend to all softgel segments including pharmaceutical, OTC, nutraceutical, cosmetics, industrial and recreational products.
