Custom Parts That Will Produce Superior Capsules
Our wedges are made with brass and finished with a high quality teflon ceramic coating. Like our dies, all wedges manufactured in our plant, are designed to your specific needs, and also must pass through 2 individual quality inspections to insure a custom fit with the corresponding dies set.
Our distributor plates are precision manufactured out of stainless steel with the purpose of diverting medicine or fill material from the specified pump plunger to the appropriate injection wedge orifice. They will also allow for the proper recirculation of the medicine volume displaced by the unused pump plungers.
Timing gears ensure that the timing between the dies, wedge, and pump delivery is synchronized.
