Custom Manufactured for Smooth Gelatin Processing
The stainless steel gelatin melter is insulated water jacketed with tubular inner wall construction and is custom designed specifically for gelatin processing. The melter maintains accurate and constant temperature control through the use of a PLC system which monitors inline gelatin mass and jacket water temperature, pressure, vacuum and material weight. It has an automatic water supply function to monitor water loss and compensate for the production of uniform gelatin viscosity for each batch.
