High Quality Die Rolls for All Softgel Machines
Precision manufactured using high quality aircraft aluminum. Our material is the strongest in the industry. Our chief mechanical engineer works one-on-one with the client’s representative to design precision dies sets, specific to the product you are running. This will ensure that the proper specifications are implemented to meet your individual requirements.
Once manufactured, all of our dies go through two professional quality inspections. The dies can be recut several times, based on normal die wear. Following a recut, the new diameters are reported on an inspection report included with the dies for the customer’s reference.
