The Most Versatile Gelatin Delivery System
The GIC Engineering line of gelatin cleanline pumps presents a versatile option of feeding the gelatin mass onto the encapsulation machine. The heated pump will deliver the gelatin via sanitary, heated, stainless steel pipes to the machine spreader boxes. An adjustable pressure relief valve controls the pressure of the delivery system. The output of the pump is regulated to reference the machine die roll speed. The encapsulation machine PLC will control all the functions of the gelatin cleanline pump when in automatic mode.
